DELIVERY POLICY

General: For delivery we require a minimum purchase of $30. A local delivery fee, (depending on zip code or distance), will be added to each order. During busy holidays, such as Valentines, delivery delays may occur.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from 1pm-6pm Monday thru Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders made before 12pm on a weekday will be available for delivery the following day. All orders made on Saturday and those made Sunday before 12pm will be available for delivery the following Monday. Sunday orders made after 12pm will be available the following Tuesday. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. All times are based on the Mountain time zone.

Delivery Area: Our delivery area is the Salt Lake Valley and portions of northern Utah county (Lehi, Saratoga Springs, American Fork and Pleasant Grove. We DO NOT DELIVER to the ski resorts. With prior authorization, we may deliver outside our standard area.

Pick up Policy

Pickup will be accessible by scheduled appointment Monday-Saturday, with occasional exceptions on holidays. To facilitate smooth pickups, we kindly ask all customers to provide their contact information. Pickup times/appointments will be confirmed via text or phone call. Orders are generally ready after 24 hours from the time of order placement. Initial scheduling requests will be made at time of purchase.

Order Changes & Refund Policy

Because of the individualized customization and personalization of our floral arrangements and gifts, we regret that once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to accommodate refunds or alterations. We want to provide the best experience possible so if there is an issue please contact us.
